Using the Mac & Cool is as simple as 1-2-3!

1) Fill it - Remove the plastic screw cap and pour 1 cup of water into opening. Replace cap.

2) Freeze it - Place Mac & Cool disk flat in freezer until water is frozen (approx. 3-4 hours). Store in freezer so it's ready whenever you serve hot food.

3) Use it - Place hot food into frozen Mac & Cool dish and let stand (or stir for even faster cooling). Once food is cooled, transfer food to child's plate.
