Return Authorization Request

Returns and exchanges will be accepted within 30 days on regular merchandise, provided the item is undamaged and in its original packaging. You will be refunded for the full purchase price less the shipping cost. You will be responsible for shipping the item back to us unless the return is due to a product defect.

Regular merchandise may be returned for store credit after 30 days, again providing it is undamaged and in its original packaging.

We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on custom-made merchandise unless it is defective or was damaged in transit.

If you have a product you wish to return, please complete the form below and we will contact you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  We will not accept returns without an RMA number.  Please allow up to 30 days for your refund/exchange to be processed.
